Your GIODORO item will be carefully packaged and dispatched in our exclusive branded garment bag (for coats and capes only) and a premium gift box. All parcels are shipped in a durable corrugated delivery carton.
The anticipated shipping date for your item will be clearly stated on its product page and in your shopping cart. Shipping dates may vary depending on the style and size of the item. Regardless of the expected shipping date, all purchases are charged at checkout.
GIODORO reviews all orders within one business day, after which the following shipping timelines apply. Once your order is processed and a shipping label is generated, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note that international deliveries may experience extended timelines due to customs clearance or border inspections.
All international orders are shipped under the DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterm. This means that GIODORO covers the transportation cost to the delivery destination, but any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
GIODORO is not liable for such fees or for any delays caused by customs procedures.
