Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. We will happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:

Sale Items: Refunds are not available for purchases of items on sale, including items purchased using a discount code (aside from our welcome code) or a discounted item price. GIODORO will provide an exchange where possible or an online credit. Final Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full Priced Items: You are welcome to return for an online credit, exchange, or refund.

Items Purchased Using a Discount Code: You are eligible for an online credit or exchange only. Any purchase made using a discount code of 10% or less in value (like our welcome offer) will be deemed a full-price item.

Pre-Order Items: Eligible for an online credit, exchange, or refund. Products purchased on pre-order are treated the same as in-stock full-priced items.

Customised Items: Final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

For all GIODORO orders, return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase by emailing info@giodoro.com. Once we have received your request, our customer service team will issue your Return Authorization within one to two business days, along with return shipping instructions. A copy of your purchase receipt may be requested to authorize your return. GIODORO will only accept returns with an authorized label.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. These costs will not be reimbursed by GIODORO.

Once your returned merchandise has been received at our facility, we will inspect the item to ensure the above return conditions have been met. Items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, with original tags, and free from imperfections. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirmation for your refund within one to three business days. Please note that refunds can take up to three business days to appear on your billing statement. Should your return not meet the conditions mentioned, you will be notified by email.

Exchanges: GIODORO offers exchanges; however, customers are responsible for return shipping fees for the original item. Standard shipping policies apply for sending out the exchange item. When requesting your return, please state your intent to exchange as well as your new item request.
